2022 was a challenging year for me… mentally, physically, spiritually, financially (I made them rhyme ahaha) … I tried to make the best of it and took some decisions to change my life for the best.
I said stop to a business that was draining me from all points of view.
I tried to discover what causes all sorts of inflamtions in my body- bloating, acnee, stomach pain, greasy hair, allergic flares, chest pains, anxiety, panic attacks, digestion issues, sugar level spikes and downfalls, rough pms, even more aggressive periods, mood swings.
I tried to reconnect with the higher grounds… I ditched some of the toxic friendships that have lasted for years because I just felt always responsible for their well being while I always felt guilty, bad, drained trying to comfort them, learned that I am important, that I have things to share, that I must take care of myself FIRST, that I matter, that I can give myself first, that I can be KIND to myself.
Also discovered late in the year something that would explain plenty of the patterns I have been through my life and beat myself for… I will seek proper support for it in 2023, but it’s almost sure I have ADHD… and it’s a relief to know that I am not lazy… sometimes my brain just exhausts me to the point where I try to convince myself to do a simple task for a few hours… mostly when it’s boring AF. That is why creating videos is always fun, cause it’s always entertaining, always different, always with a twist.
I hope the best for each and every one in the year to come and I hope we all try to figure out what and who we are, cause it does help a lot!
