I’m always on the lookout for a comfortable pair of flats that would be both pretty and good for stretching. I love dance and keeping these sexy legs fit requires a lot of daily workout and stretching. I show off my newest pretty pair of shiny ballet flats – they’re colorful and match my dress perfectly. I start with some stretch on my quads and hamstrings, testing the limit of my feet and legs. This is a really pretty pair of flats so it’s a shame soon enough I can feel the friction against my poor heels. I switch the flats to a different pair but my sore heels keep hurting. I compare the flats in my collection and keep up the dance workout until I can no more. I take the heels out and rub them to ease the pain, however even my most expensive designer flats are too abrasive on my heels over time!
