Yesterday Dacey sprained her ankle and has been wearing it as she’s supposed to however her Bandage has gotten sweaty and she decides to change it. It’s been feeling supported in the AirCast but still hurts quite badly. She removes her AirCast and Ace Bandage slowly, she winces from the sharp pains and applies ice to it periodically throughout the removal to help ease the pain. She nurses her own ankle and massages her calf to help with the pain as well. Her ankle is throbbing and after awhile she rewraps her injured ankle with the new Ace Bandage, leaving the AirCast off. 

Dacey knows that she will need to keep weight off her ankle for at least a few weeks so she has to get used to walking with crutches, she stands up and crutches around her living room table, going in one direction and then turning around to go back the other way. You see lots of angles of Dacey’s sprained ankle as she crutches around practicing walking with her injured ankle.
